like this movie needs any other reason to be brilliant. the company that did the marketing campaign is fucking amazing. they sent me a box (return address gotham city national bank) it contained a money bag, a joker bank mask and a bloody finger print that said gotham needs a better class of criminal.

im pretty sure this is the company that did the NIN album campaign- fuuuuck.

ladies and gentlemen, the lady bug hood.

showed you the earlier design for it. here is the sample. i love it. its not as busy as some of the past clan stuff but is still unique. dont worry there is a "dude version" coming too both available in the faill. i love this one cause it falls somewhere between the intense garment design we were doing and the simple graphic t's. besides my house was infested by lady bugs and thats what i call my old lady from time to time.

“NO ANGER MANAGEMENT… IF ANYTHING I NEED ANGER ENHANCEMENT! LOL!!!
07.07.2008

Do yall remember when people said my fiance was pregnant???? What happened to that rumor????? I guess after we broke up it was just forgot about???? I’m just using that as an example of how people make up stuff and everybody runs with it. I had my own family asking me about that. Now the media is saying I’m going to anger management something or ‘nother. I have never had any conversations about anger management. If anything, I need anger enhancement!! lol! I get off the plane in Hawaii today and the world is saying my management team said blah blah blah… SIIIIIIGGGHHHH! I told the media you can’t make up lies about me because I have a media outlet myself. Oh and sidebar I don’t know if everyone has realized this yet but I don’t do interviews if there’s anything I wanna say I’ll say right here on my own blog.

Check this out…I took a quote from my rant and used it as my headline.. just like a real media outlet would… hahaha”

the best you can expect from an artist is something authentic and that is what you get from kanye.

Tiny Rocker Wentz Sued Over Alleged Ass-Kicking

Tiny Rocker Wentz Sued Over Alleged Ass-Kicking

Pete Wentz is being sued by a guy who claims the makeup-wearing, emo rocker and his security beat him up at a Fall Out Boy show last year.
Read the docs
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Andy Kallas claims he was watching the boys perform at Schuba's Tavern in Chicago, when Wentz and his peeps beat him to a pulp for several minutes. Kallas claims he suffered "serious injuries to his head, mouth and face." The way the lawsuit reads, the attack was totally unprovoked.

But here's the deal. We're told Kallas was loud, obnoxious and heckling the band before the incident.

Kallas is suing both Wentz and the club for an unspecified amount in damages.

Wentz's rep tells TMZ, "This case is meritless. We looked into it and the facts don't support his claims. We will vigorously defend this case in court. "

you should go pick up john mayer’s new dvd where the light is
new cds and dvds shouldnt make an old dude like me stoked to get them the day they come out. but this one truly did (all friendships and gossip blog sexual innuendos aside). its nice to turn the bitterness down for day or two.
there are people who claim to have it all figured out. but in my opinion it is far more interesting to watch people as they figure it out.

People News

Pete Wentz's gay denial

04/30/2008 - Pete Wentz -

Jul 1, 2008, 11:30 GMT

The Fall Out Boy rocker, who is expecting his first child with new wife Ashlee Simpson, insists he is happily married and only interested in women.

Pete, who has previously referred to himself as "half gay", told Out magazine: "When I'm going down the street I get called a fag all the time. I'm still getting called the same names as when I was 13.

"There's a little bit of a gay witch hunt. I don't know if it's to bust homophobia wide open or get more attention. It's like, 'This person's gay, this person's gay, this person's gay.'

"When I said that I make out with dudes, there was a slight sense of sexual rebellion in that. And I probably even made it a bigger deal than it was. The last time I experimented was probably when I was 22.

"I've always felt this relentless heterosexual drive."

Pete also laughed off rumors Ashlee's father Joe - an ordained Baptist minister - banned him from visiting the family home last year.

The 29-year-old rocker said: "That rumor was such bulls**t. We laughed about it. Joe was like, 'We should take a picture in front of the Christmas tree holding hands.'

"I know I'm going to get a reaction when I say things. I don't get on stage and give a social diatribe. I am a performer and an entertainer."

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wait! Pete last experimented at 22? But.... Didnt he make out with Gabe (Cobra Starship) like at the age of 25 - 29? Hmm...

look what cd i found at my parents house. its not the first arma...

look what cd i found at my parents house. its not the first arma demo which is nearly impossible to find (three songs and contains clips from a made for hbo movie where this redneck shoots a watermelon). but this is the second one. two songs, one of which i remember fondly.

just finished shooting the new episode of fnmtv. its pretty much a twelve hour day once a week with two six hour days practicing. yesterday, i asked an executive over at mtv how well the ratings need to do in order to keep the show on air (something i neither understand nor usually ask about). his response actually blew my mind. he said “pete, this is an important show to us because this is an important idea. ratings arent something that you should worry about.” which actually got me to understand that mtv is stepping up to the plate on this one. they didnt ask me to write about this or probably think i would after all the shit i talk. but the truth is they have never once asked me or told me to play or not play a single video- they let me and the crowd have a ton of creative control and are generally understanding about me totally fucking the show up.

i like that kanye speaks his mind.

i love the “when we left the earth” series.

the new batman looks insane. ” “I don’t want to kill you,” the joker. “You complete me.”

Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz Says New Album May Sound Like AC/DC And White Stripes -- Or Not

Hey, bloggers! Pay attention, because Pete Wentz is about to make things very easy for you.

Here's what he has to say about Fall Out Boy's new album — you know, the one that may or may not have an Iggy Pop & the Stooges-meet-the Smiths feel to it? The same one they're currently working on with producer Neal Avron? Anyway, yeah, here's how Wentz describes it. And again, we urge you to have your OMGs and WTFs at the ready.

"It's early, but the ideas we've got right now, they're really guitar-riff-heavy. A lot of other bands, like AC/DC or the White Stripes, you know their songs by the opening guitar riff," Wentz told MTV News. "So basically, I want our record to be like an AC/DC album or a White Stripes album. I want to make sure the bloggers say that. Actually, I'm just kidding about that. Well, I was kidding about the White Stripes part. Not AC/DC."

So there you go. The new Fall Out Boy record is going to be heavily influenced by the fret-shredding heroics of Jack White and Angus Young. Except that it probably won't, because, as Wentz points out, pretty much every song the band has ever written has gone through about, well, 30 different permutations. And, like he said, it's still really early.

"We've put down, like, three to four songs, but they're just ideas right now. This is how we do our songs. They go through, like, 30 changes. 'Sugar [We're Going Down]' went through 30 changes, and then it just went back to the way it was when we first started, so I don't know if these ideas we've got now will change or end up just like they are now," he explained. "Right now, we've got a bunch of great parts surrounded by a web."

And they're weaving that web at Avron's home, which has perks the average recording studio wouldn't ("He's got a trampoline built into the ground, a pool and a really awesome kid. So it's really easy to do test marketing, because if his kid says it sucks, we know it sucks," Wentz laughed). And as for how the pre-production process works? Well, Wentz is quick to explain with a "Wizard of Oz" metaphor (why not?).

"The way it works is, Patrick is kind of like Dorothy from 'The Wizard of Oz,' and we're all the supporting characters. I'm like the Tin Man, Hurley is Toto, and Trohman is definitely the Lion, because he's got big hair and he's very boisterous," he laughed. "I go over there after I leave the set of 'FNMTV,' and usually before too. Usually twice a day. Patrick is always there, working on new stuff. We keep him chained in the basement."

So when can fans expect to hear the new album? Well, Wentz said FOB hope to start recording it this summer, and that it will hopefully be in stores before the end of the year. Then again, that wouldn't be the first time he's said something like that.

"I think we're gonna start recording this summer, because it's 116 degrees in Los Angeles, and I need to be someplace with extreme air-conditioning," he said. "But I always say that, and then we screw it up, so we'll see."
